In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing the ar999f Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager through ar999f, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with ar999f's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the ar999f Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ar999f with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings — whether oral or written — between the parties relating to the Platform.

To register for and use an ar999f Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of your Account:

Registration requires submission of a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique password meeting ar999f's security specifications, and acceptance of these Terms. ar999f reserves the right to require additional identity verification documentation including CNIC, proof of address, or source of funds documentation at any time, and to suspend account functionality pending completion of such verification.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided to ar999f is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Provision of false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual may hold only one active ar999f Account at any time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ar999f reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending bets, and confiscate any balances therein without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ar999f Login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ar999f will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

ar999f reserves the right to carry out identity, payment, and source-of-funds verification at any point during the life of an account. ar999f accepts deposits exclusively through the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, 1LINK, and USDT (TRC20 and BEP20 networks). ar999f does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 (PKR). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed at the point of transaction in your ar999f wallet.

Withdrawals from ar999f are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawing account has completed the applicable KYC verification process.
• There are no pending fraud investigations, account disputes, or compliance reviews on the account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ar999f Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and dishonesty: Any attempt to defraud ar999f or other players, including through chargebacks, fraudulent payment methods, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or any strategy designed to extract guaranteed profit from bonuses in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, macros, or any automated program to interact with the ar999f Platform, including for the purposes of placing bets, farming bonuses, or collecting data.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or on the sportsbook, including chip dumping in poker or matched betting through the same account.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting technical errors, software bugs, incorrectly displayed odds, or miscalculated payouts to obtain an advantage not available under normal operating conditions.

• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player below the age of 21, or allowing a minor to use your ar999f account.

ar999f is committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. The Platform provides the following tools that players may activate at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ar999f Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any ar999f content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the ar999f Platform.
• Creating derivative works based on ar999f's Platform or content.
• Using any ar999f trademark or brand asset in any external publication, marketing material, or website without explicit written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of ar999f intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ar999f shall not be liable to any player for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss or corruption of data or information.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ar999f Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the ar999f Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional communications.

ar999f's total aggregate liability to any player for any direct loss arising from a breach of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ar999f's liability for death or personal injury caused by ar999f's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by ar999f.

ar999f reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any ar999f Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms or any supplementary policy incorporated herein.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Court order or binding legal obligation requiring account closure.

Upon account closure for cause, ar999f may withhold the balance in the account pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in full. Where no breach is confirmed, the verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 30 business days.

Players may close their ar999f account voluntarily at any time by contacting Live Chat or emailing support. Voluntary closure will result in the refund of any remaining verified real-money balance after settlement of any pending bets, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.

ar999f reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification to their registered mobile number or via on-screen notification upon their next ar999f Login.

These Terms and Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ar999f holds its international gaming license.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including disputes concerning the existence, validity, breach, or termination of this agreement, shall first be referred to ar999f's customer support team for informal resolution. ar999f aims to respond to formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral body designated by ar999f's licensing authority. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a competent court of competent jurisdiction where strictly necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration proceedings.
